CHURCH MANAGER

Rugby Baptist Church is seeking to appoint a Church Manager, a new senior role to take our administration and operational management to the next level…

Hours: This post is initially available at part time (24.5 hrs p/w) with a view to increasing hours up to full time (35 hrs p/w) later if funding is available.

Salary: £23,000–£28,000 pro rata.

Closing date: 9am Friday 5th July 2019.

Additionally the role will act as an advisor and supporter of the Leadership Team, helping Rugby Baptist achieve its missional aims. Accordingly, the successful candidate will be expected to be in sympathy with the Baptist Union Declaration of Principle and this presents an occupational requirement for the postholder to be a practising Christian.
