Church Services

Note for the first part of 2024, while scaffolding is erected in the main church building, morning services will be held in the Upper Hall of the Regent Rooms (adjacent to Church). Services will be relayed to John Lees Hall , where there is a hearing loop installed and which has street level access.

Here are the services we have at Rugby Baptist Church.

10:30am Morning Service

Morning services are held in the Sanctuary and include worship prayer and teaching. There are special groups for children and young people during the morning service. We call these ‘Network Groups’ and they are divided by age:

  • Tiddlers (Under 3)

  • Minnows (3-5 Years)

  • Shoal (5-11 Years)

  • C-Life (11+)

Our services include a mix of traditional hymns and modern worship songs, led by our worship group. Our services often include infant dedications and baptisms. We share communion together on the first Sunday morning and the third Sunday evening of each month.

If you are not sure of anything, we have a bunch of friendly stewards who will help you fit in and find everything you need.

If you want to see what our services are like, we livestream and save recordings of our mornings services. You can see them by searching for us on our YouTube channel and Facebook.

6.30pm Evening Service

An informal time of worship, prayer and teaching is held in the John Lees Hall each week.
